UPDATED - Reminder for all team captains about Game Sheets!

Posted Wed May 07, 2014 - 12:49 PM

Hey Everyone,

Please ensure that you are using the Official Game Sheet for every game that you play and MAKE SURE you have the opposing captain either initial next to each player that played or sign after the last completed line of the sheet if you are crossing out players who did not play. Everyone has agreed to the '4 game rule' for playoffs and everyone has agreed that we need a system to track this fairly. These initialed Game Sheets will be your ONLY proof that a player has played in games, so it is in your best interest to make sure they are done.

I have made several updates to the sheet to allow for first and second half score tracking both for individual players and overall scores. I have also add an Excel version you can download so that you can fill out your entire roster on the sheet and then simply print one for each game and mark who played.

Thanks everyone!

IMPORTANT REMINDER FOR GAME TIMES

Posted Fri Apr 11, 2014 - 09:17 AM

All teams captains please remember the following new rules regarding game start times:

- Teams scheduled for 'Field Setup' on the ref schedule MUST have both fields setup by 8:55 am please (or 5 minutes prior to the first game)
- Games will start at their scheduled time with a maximum 10 minute leeway!
- Refs have been instructed to do the coin toss at 5 minutes PRIOR to scheduled game time. If a team captain is not present for the coin toss then the other team will win the toss by default.
- Game clock will start NO LATER than 10 minutes after scheduled start time. If teams have adequate players to start and are just late then they will play a shorter game
- Teams MUST have at least 5 players present by 10 minutes after schedule start time or will forfeit the game. Teams may start the game with 5 players
- Teams must have a 6th player by NO LATER than 15 minutes after the actual start of the game (maximum 25 minutes after scheduled start time)

Let's all work together to keep things on time...thanks everyone
